A consultation request may include your name, one selected contact route, an optional question, the property-decision context you chose to hand off, and your consent choices.

Operational records may include submission time, source surface, language, delivery status and technical identifiers needed to keep the request reliable. Do not submit passport, banking or payment details in the optional question.

The AI Advisor stores your conversation, language, technical status and an opaque access-key hash so you can resume the chat. The access key itself stays in this browser, and a signed HttpOnly session cookie scopes safe conversation-creation retries. Do not enter names, contact details, passport data, banking data or payment information in the chat.

Conversation content is sent to the deployment-configured AI provider to select a strict response plan and may be viewed by authorized EstDub operations staff for support and quality review. Provider prose is not shown directly: localized copy and property facts are rendered by EstDub from approved public data. The result can still be incomplete and does not replace professional legal, tax, mortgage or transaction advice.

Each conversation has an expiry set by the active retention configuration. It becomes inaccessible at expiry, and a protected daily retention process deletes expired conversation messages and interaction records.

We use consultation information to preserve the context you asked us to share, route the request to an appropriate human advisor, respond through your selected channel and operate the request reliably.

Property facts, calculations and recommendations remain decision-support information. An advisor must still confirm material facts before a reservation, transaction or other high-impact step.

Permission to contact you about the consultation is required to submit that request and is limited to that purpose.

Property updates are optional, use a separate unchecked choice and do not affect whether the consultation request is handled. You can later withdraw an optional marketing choice through the contact route used in an EstDub message.

A brief handoff uses an opaque token with a displayed expiry in the URL fragment. The address does not include your name, contact value or an internal lead identifier, and the token is removed from the visible address after it is read.

Anyone holding the complete link may be able to open its saved context until it expires. Keep it private and create a new handoff if you think it was shared unintentionally.

Access is limited to people and service providers needed to deliver the requested experience, such as assigned advisors, hosting, communications and operational systems. Your request is not published in the property catalog.

Records are retained only for the period needed to handle the request, maintain accountable operations and meet applicable obligations. AI Advisor conversations and private handoff links have their own configured expiries.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with a request, or withdraw a future contact choice, subject to applicable requirements and records that must be retained.
